iHeal Arts

At iHeal Arts, we provide inclusive and supportive art workshops designed to promote creativity, wellbeing, and social connection.

Our programs give participants a welcoming space to explore creative expression, build confidence, and connect with others in the community. Through guided art activities, participants can develop new skills while enjoying a relaxed and supportive environment.

What Participants Can Expect Our workshops are designed to be relaxed, supportive, and engaging. Sessions may include activities such as: • Canvas painting • Dot mandala art • Watercolour painting • Mixed media art • Seasonal creative projects • Guided step-by-step painting sessions All art materials are provided, and participants are encouraged to express their creativity in their own way. Workshops are typically delivered in small supportive groups to ensure participants receive guidance and feel comfortable.

Participant Intake and Registration Before attending workshops, participants complete a short intake process to help us understand their goals, preferences, and support needs. This may include: • Participant Intake Form • Service Agreement • Discussion of participant goals • Emergency and contact information This helps ensure that our programs are delivered in a way that supports the safety, wellbeing, and individual needs of each participant.

Supporting Participant Safety and Wellbeing iHeal Arts is committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. Our practices align with the NDIS Practice Standards, including: • Participant safeguarding • Risk management • Incident management procedures • Emergency and disaster planning • Privacy and confidentiality protections Our goal is to ensure participants feel safe, respected, and supported throughout their experience with us.

NDIS Funding Categories Our programs may be funded through the following NDIS Core Supports categories: Group-Based Community, Social and Recreational Activities NDIS Item Code: 04_104_0125_6_1 Centre-Based Group Activities NDIS Item Code: 04_102_0136_6_1 These supports focus on helping participants build skills, confidence, and community connections through structured group activities. If you are unsure whether your funding can be used for our workshops, we are happy to help.
